We are looking for proven sales performers who are goal-oriented and passionate about the media industry. This is a role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new business success. We are also looking for individual to maintain relationships with our existing clients as we expand. The business segment will be assigned based on your experience and the network that you bring. What you will do:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and contribute to consistent revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including key accounts, to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
- Build a strong network of senior client contacts to demonstrate ownership of assigned Sales Verticals and Agencies
- Drive and own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating, closing to renewals
- Manage all individual sales processes and workflows, including working with internal stakeholders
- Support line manager (AVP, Business Development – Team Head) / Management in senior sales/management duties, reporting needs etc., where required
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 5 to 8 years of sales or business development experience in a similar industry with a proven track record
- Experience working with SG Government advertisers and agencies is highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry
- Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level executives and decision makers
- Team spirit and ease in building strong professional relationships
- Great people skills and able to work collaboratively and efficiently individually, in a team and across teams
- Outstanding multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
