About the role…
As the Creative Director of TSL Media Group, you will be at the forefront of driving creativity, innovation, and excellence in developing integrated content solutions for both our organic content as well as client campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our group’s creative direction, developing compelling brand narratives, and ensuring the seamless integration of content across various digital platforms.
What will you do:
- Provide visionary leadership to the content strategy & creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Set the creative direction and standards for all digital content, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client objectives
- Develop and execute content strategies that engage and captivate audiences across social media, video, and editorial platforms.
- Collaborate with editorial, video production, and social media teams to align content strategies and identify opportunities for audience growth
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for growth and reach.
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Ensure high-quality, creative, and audience-relevant content for various platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and content innovations.
- Use market insights to guide creative strategy
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 8 years of quality work experience, of which 5 years must be in a creative leadership role within the digital media publishing industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, video production, and editorial best practices
- Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving creative excellence
