About the role
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to enhance the revenue of the TSL Thailand business unit through the sale of TSL Thailand products to prospective clients. This role involves contributing to the success of client campaigns, establishing positive rapport, and sustaining effective working relationships with clients to encourage recurring business.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for TSL Thailand – this includes finding new and creative ways to generate leads and new strategies
- Attend launches and events that allow you to build a network and generate leads
- Regularly engage with clients, fostering positive relationships with existing ones
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless client transitions
- Drive high-potential account identification and hunting
- Become a subject matter expert in TSL service offerings and capabilities
- Assist clients in recognizing their business needs and aligning them with TSL offerings
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that surpass client expectations in the relevant portfolio
- Share, report, and provide feedback to peers and senior leaders regarding the sales process, experiences, and performance
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account servicing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and present product/service features and benefits
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals and agreements
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving results through strategic planning and execution
- Candidates must be either a local Thai resident or possess permanent residency status
