About the role…
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our team to optimize our paid media plans to achieve maximum reach and impact. You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and maximizing the reach and impact of our social media posts
What will you do:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Work with Account Managers and Project Managers to understand clients’ goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Develop media plans to achieve client objectives.
- Monitor and adjust ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering maximum results.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze ad performance to optimize campaign ROI.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting tools to reach the right demographics and interests.
- Stay updated on social media platform algorithms and changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure appropriate content formats and sizes
- Ensure ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines and best practices
Stay Current on Industry Trends:
- Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Share insights and best practices with the team and clients.
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing paid media campaigns on social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their advertising tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising software (e.g., TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
